Based on Murray's comments, I think it's safe to assume that women want tennis coaching jobs but aren't getting them.

Nothing of the sort has been contemplated or demonstrated. People have just seen an unequal outcome and assume that is a bad thing for women.

Men are raised to take on more dangerous work and think less of their safety. Men are forced to sign up for the draft and in some countries forced to serve in the military. Men are also put under more legal pressure to earn money (alimony and child support) and may have to take on more dangerous jobs.

Sexism has a role in the greater number of deaths men face at the workplace and despite just how incredibly important the matter is, its only silly things like the number of female tennis coaches that get attention. Its sickening how much we disregard men at the bottom.
