If you provide decent evidence of the first part, then you may have a claim.

In the original announcement, admins stated that they only removed sites where they involved "men and women whose lives are being affected and worry for their safety every day, because people from a certain community on reddit have decided to actually threaten them, online and off, every day."(cite).

However, this doxxing and harrassing PMs needs to be more recent than their previous announcement.(cite).

The other stuff you mention, banning you and downvoting you, they've pretty much given subreddits tacit approval to do as much of that as they like.

WHERE'S the proof of FPH brigading? Why didn't the admins give us example links/threads/screenshots/archives?

Who gives a fuck what the admins say. It's pretty clear that they have an agenda after the events yesterday.

Did you also demand proof that FPH was brigading?

Because so far no one has been able to provide a shred of evidence so I'm sure you didn't agree with that move either, right?

I'd love to see proof of FPH harrassing! Again, admins are saying that they aren't going to block for brigading; they they plan to try to reduce that with software changes.

And I think it's pretty damned dumb that they removed things without providing that proof. In fact, I think there should potentially be a sort of open hearing mechanism when there's a conflict, similar to what Wikipedia does before taking such an action unless it's at the level of "oh damn, Reddit inc. is gonna get sued out of existence if we let this continue" which I don't think is ever going to be the case.

If they felt threatened by the existence of a sub that offended then they're too fragile for human contact, let alone the internet. They need cream-colored padded walls, not a banhammer.
