That's actually the reason the whole "trigger warning" thing emerged over there. It's very difficult to filter what you see on Tumblr, and there is no NSFW option, like what Reddit has. Posting a trigger warning is really just a Tumblr NSFW tag.

One of the big problems that I absolutely hate about Tumblr is how easy it is for people to abuse the report function since it's all automated any page is removed after x reports.
