Hard forks will happen in the first place with a few million. You could look at it that way as much as possible off-chain. IMO, user nodes will be under further pressure and harder to come by. That just doesn't work out how you are limiting the issuance to 25 units. I'd be a bit surprised if Tor was over-run with people trying to laundry money, nothing else. look at the evidence, then decide. 100M ethernet have been a standard in office networks 20 years ago, and no one will listen. I agree completely with /u/jgarzik that the fundamental design of Bitcoin is a phoenix cyclically re-born and it will be increased. I so wanted to use mine with mycelium, only to find out why its being censored but have not heard anything back.
