It’s that lovely time of year when high school and college seniors put on their caps and gowns and take the stage to receive a piece of paper that represents all the hard work they’ve put into their schooling. It’s called graduation, and Imgurian DerplomaGuy got to do it last week. He managed to make this face, which then made it into his local newspaper.

DerplomaGuy derped pretty hard with this one. Imgurians in the comment section pointed out that it looks like he’s plotting a slightly evil plan, and a new meme was born. Various image macros, GIFs and image remixes have been hitting the front page for the last day.
