@HashXPY Hi HashXPY, perhaps you could provide more information on how you plan to achieve the ROI?`If people are to lend you money or invest in your idea, I would think that a business plan could be helpful. Would a third party escrow keep the funding until you have reached some project milestones?

Remember, GAW had lots of dreams, and look where that got us. You will probably need to have a more specific plan on how the investing should take place, and how the payment back to the investors are planned.

As they say we all want this. But it has to be carefully planned.

Our best shot is by using assets.

Example:

Nxt has forging(minting(staking)) pool. You as a member of that pool join with your nxt amount and you and other members are staking with great number of nxt and recive nxt as payout. You do not spend nxt(it is always yours and you can leave pool anytime you want)

To recap.

I join nxt pool with 1000 nxt. There are more members in the pool with more nxt. Our staking chances are high. We recive nxt.

I leave nxt pool with 1500 nxt. Did not spend nxt and have earned more.
I convert nxt to xpy.

Nxt price is not solid like any other crypto except nubits. Nubits have 1 coin = 1 dollar. Also nubits are stakeable through nushares.

So.

I buy 1000 nushares and others also. We join and stake nushares. What we stake gets converted to xpy. I choose to leave this members staking pool and i still have my 1000 nushares that are still worth the same and i have also earned xpy.

This is general idea of how to accomplish this without getting burned. I do not have a way yet to make this work and i am throwing it out here so you and others can improve it and make it work.
