I have a general rule for my Bitcoin. I've don't sell it. In fact, I've never sold it, and I never intend to sell it. Once I've converted my $ to Bitcoin, I consider those dollars burnt, gone forever.
Now I know what you're thinking, this handsome guy is just going to hold Bitcoin forever? Well, no, I intend to eventually rid myself of Bitcoin, but only when I can spend it on things I want. (I currently still use $ for things I need).
Sports Cars, Luxury Homes, less than intelligent Model Wife. These are the things I will buy with Bitcoin, and only when they are available for Bitcoin will I rid myself of these fantastic digital tokens!
My point is, stop looking at Bitcoin in terms of dollar conversion. Hold your Bitcoin until you can use it to buy what you want, and only then, spend it.
