Boise Police arrest man accused of filming victims in dressing rooms

BOISE, Idaho (KIVI)—A Meridian man has been arrested after being accused of using his phone to try to take photos of victims in dressing rooms.
BPD responded to a call at a store near West Franklin Road and North Milwaukee Street on Sunday, May 31st after victims complained that a phone was being slid into their dressing room.
Andrew Dongmin Kim, 20, of Meridian was detained by store employees and was identified as the suspect.
Kim allegedly slid his phone under dressing room doors and was taking photos and videos at two separate businesses.
Kim was arrested on three felony counts of video voyeurism and booked into Ada County Jail.
