That tells, they had received someone telling my writing is a violation of rights of Mr. Masataka Shiba, who is
a general manager of IT strategy division of Hitachi.
But, IT strategy division didn't hear my request, in accordance with the Act concerning Protection of Personal
Information (Japan Law No. 57, 2003).
http://www.cs-trans.biz/Personal_Information.htm
It isn't heard yet now.
They don't do their duties, and only saying their rights.
I can't accept that.
Actually, they brought me copies in which my writings in "Komorebi" is described.
But, I already get mails and materials Hitachi's person sent each other(Hitachi05-09).

That is not what they don't have to present as request, because, the law says, only individual informations put
in order to seek have to be present.
So, if they make only one person's information materials, the law doesn't mention about that.
The law accepts the company bully one person.
That is one problem of the law.
But, if so, JISQ15001(Privacymark) doesn't accept that.
http://privacymark.jp/reference/pdf/pmark_guide101018/PMK510.pdf
Privacymark is more strict, so Hitachi had to present whole of my informations, even if they were not put in
order to seek.
But, privacymark bureau told me lies.
JISQ15001(Privacymark) is a standard inside the organisation, because a standard is usually decided to measure
inside of organisations, like ISO9001, ISO14001, and so on.
Privacymark bureau said to me, "JISQ15001(Privacymark) is decided to judge business to consumers, not inside
the business, as you say".
But, in JISQ15001(Privacymark), not such restrictions are written.
In JISQ15001(Privacymark), only the purpose are written(P4 3.4.2.1), which is based by OECD Privacy Principles:
http://oecdprivacy.org/
So, if Hitachi used personal informations against the purpose, it is against the JISQ15001(Privacymark).
It is also against the law.
But, Japanese Government decided the word "third party", and they said "inside same company is first or second
party", so Japanese Government and Japanese court accepted to use personal informations freely inside the
company.
There are some judicial precedents.
The purpose is gone anywhere.
In Japan, so many things are strange.
I think the big reason is, Japan is one country, one language.
Japanese Government's persons have been full of cunning, and they made their laws so difficult in Japanese
language.
So foreigners have not been able to understand the core of subject of Japanese laws.
That is a big problem, too.
Best regards,
Hidenobu Onishi
