Sort of. One of the core tenets of TRP is AWALT: All Women Are Like That. This essentially means that all women are basically the same. Women supposedly think the same ways, want the same things, have the same relationship strategies (because everyone is totally approaching relationships as a strategy game instead of just dating who they feel like dating), and find the same physical traits attractive.

The idea is that every woman, literally every single woman ("moderate" terpers might possibly exclude gay women here) finds a certain body type attractive. Basically big bulgy steroid muscles. So, since the Red Pill is based on biotruths and you know those must be true because it's in the name, they all encourage each other to get super ripped and then call women bitches when they still don't find terpers attractive.

No, because it's a path to looking attractive that every person can utilize. It also helps you set goals you can attain that helps your overall confidence. There's game but you also need to be as good looking as possible to be in the top 20% of men. Lifting maximizes this potential.
