It isn't just nudity, it's stimulation of a penis. Pretty close to the definition of sex (see: oral sex).

Think of it this way: if one of the parents had kissed the child in secret and the child later found out, he or she would likely feel violated because of being used for sexual pleasure. The same thing does not happen with the fellatio—even when pleasure was felt—because it's not considered sexual.

Kissing is harmless to us, but it isn't to them. This has to do with social taboos.

Edit: This should be blatantly obvious, but, in case it isn't clear: I am explaining how this is a cultural thing and not in any way endorsing this in any culture.
