The older term gang stalking was replaced by the term organized stalking. With arrival of internet brought hacking and cyberstalking. Hacked computers phoned home to hackers. Rental car agencies, airlines and hotels share customer information.

In 2010 - 2011, other electronic stalking: satellite surveillance, privately and publically owned networked CCTVs, privately and publically owned automatic license plate readers, embedded cameras by manufacturers of smart TVs, RFID in microchips, passport cards, new $100 bills, NFC in phones, tablets, credit cards, library cards, transit cards, passport books, MAC address of wifi devices, browser finger printing, etc. NSA's 'Collect it all' policy captured all internet traffic. Anyone anywhere in the world entering a TI's name or family's name in an online computer was traceable. NSA transcribes phone calls to text to search for search words such as names. Post 2010, physical stalking of low value targets is no longer necessary unless they attempt to elude.

/r/gangstalking is on organized stalking, cyber stalking, nation-states mind control projects, political action requesting nation-states to investigate and ban directed energy weapons (DEWs), epidemiological study on targeted individuals (TIs) by analyzing their testimonies, how targets are geolocated and eavesdropped on, directed energy weapons (DEW) attacks, meter measuring of microchips, tracking devices of automobiles and DEWs, shielding and how to successfully elude, relocate and stay safe.
