Hello!
I just started airbnb from few days ago.
I love wine&sake, music, surfing, and travel.
I have traveled more than 40 countries, and everybody in these countries helped me to travel well.
Therefore I would like to help your Japan visit!

Tony was very helpful and communicates very well throughout the whole trip. The apartment is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. It has everything you ever need as if you're just relaxing at home. My family is very happy with the facilities such as the vintage music player, the pocket wi-fi and the washing machine. The location was also rather ideal for sightseeing as Asakusa is very near the Tokyo Skytree and many more others. We highly recommend this place as the perfect stay for those who seek wonderful experience in Tokyo.
I love ASAKUSA, the Tokyo's old streets filled with indigenous local culture. I was on a very tight business schedule during my stay, unfortunately. If I had a chance, all day I would have walk around the neighborhood to discover jewels of antique Tokyo lifestyle which my belong novelist Shotaro Ikenami has graciously mentioned in his books. Approx.10-15 mins walk from ASAKUSA subway station. It's 1 minute walk from bus stop which will take you to number of subway stations including Tokyo station. Tony's apartment is perfectly prepared for tourists. Very clean and modern. It is a home away home and makes you want to chill at home rather than going out. Bluetooth audio system was a great asset to the apartment. I don't watch TV and the audio system helped creating a great relaxing/working environment for me. I also loved that Tony carefully selected furniture and utensils for the apartment. What I wanted for this business trip was being able to cooking facilities, a sense of order and cleanliness. His apartment indeed filled my needs!
The apartment was great! It's new, modern, fully furnished and very clean. Tony greeted us at the apartment when we checked in. He helped us bring in our luggage, showed us the place, and explained the amenities (heater, A/C, washing machine, etc). Tony did a great job preparing the apartment and making sure it had everything a traveler would need (toiletries, laundry detergent, hanging dryer racks, towels, comfy beds, and slippers!) He also gave us recommendations of restaurants and things to see nearby. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Asakusa station. There was a 7-11 across the street, which was perfect for grabbing water, snacks and using the ATM. The location is also good to explore Asakusa, most restaurants and sight seeing places are in walking distance. On the way to the train station, you can see the Tokyo Sky Tree. Near the train station is Senso-ji temple, Tokyo's oldest temple. The place was a perfect size for my husband and I. Plenty of room and it definitely felt like a home away from home. There was a record player with a collection of vinyl records. My husband was more than content with staying in the apartment relaxing whilst listening to records and enjoying some shochu or Japanese whiskey. We enjoyed our stay very much and could definitely see ourselves staying for longer. We highly recommend Tony's apartment and hospitality to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tokyo.
Tony was wonderful. He even helped us after our tenure at his apartment. I liked his place a lot. He provided us with free tea, which was a nice touch.
