Sure ... he's consistently rude to people, and he removes a lot of content.

Both of those things are worthy of disapprobation.

While it's not necessarily abusive for anyone to talk about it, I've seen a few witch-hunts on reddit, and they can get very nasty. Whenever people are faced with the prospect of strong abuse in one of my subs, I like to remind people not to go too far.

Sure, and because mods can't see who reported an item, this really is something only the admins can deal with.

No, it's more like creating actions which deliberately deceive the user. But then there's the swapped up/downvotes in SRS which are allowable.

When I've seen it happen, it's been for stuff like auto-subscribing and auto-upvoting things through the CSS, e.g. making the whole page a "subscribe" button.
