Sorry if this is in the wrong place, it's not so much about Journalists. But I've had this thought, Are SJWs anti-cosmopolitan? So far their attitude to 'cultural appropriation' is that white people are stealing culture from other cultures, and are attacking people for it, and some don't seem to be so keen on other cultures picking up traits that have originated from the western world.

This means that they want to keep cultures as separate as possible, Which I personally don't agree with since the more people understand cultures, the less conflict you'll end up with between different people, so then we can then focus on more meaningful things. Trying to keep things 'us and them' will just make more problems, and personally I think society being one big melding pot of culture would just be more beneficial all round.
