Due process in a rape trial is institutionalized misogyny.

‘Innocent until proven guilty’ victimizes women because it means rapists get away with their crime. 

Women cannot rape men because rape equals sexual assault plus institutional power. For the same reason, women cannot rape women.

Rape is what people with power do to the powerless. Which is why only men can rape. Men have all the power.

Rape is a definable term.
