I'm being serious. What I've said above is the true reason for Africa's poverty. An average IQ of around 75 due to the fact that they developed in an r-selected environment that didn't particularly select for abstract intelligence. That's the reason that almost all of Sub-Saharan Africa never developed a language, barely developed agriculture, never sailed the seas, invented the wheel, or achieved anything of any merit, ever, at any point.
