Seems like a bunch of excuses to me. You won, that means you should receive what they promised within a given time. No excuses. The rule we make with companies is to take a video of them before sending them off. Had a video guy who was suppose to do it, hell even paid him half for the video.

I did. I took full responsibility. The problem was we needed a video guy, last video flaked, he sent an email, i thought i replied but didnt. It looked like i was giving him the runaround. It was my mistake on the keeping in touch part. No worries, mistakes happen.

Here is what i posted earlier

"I tried filming it. I suck at it. Felt we needed someone better.

Hired out a local person off craigslist to film it. He showed me examples of what he did and said he could do it in 1-2 months. He wanted a small down deposit which wasnt much so sure. He then stalled and sorta left out in the cold and stopped replying to all emails.

Got a new person that seemed to be the right fit but wanted a ton of cash. We are a small operation, not some muli million dollar company ha. So that sorta didnt pan out.

Decided to work with someone who is a friend that does it professionally and he will help teach someone here how to do it. This seems like the best fit as we can have it down in house.

Problems happen, the big fault was on our part for not keeping him in the know with email updates (thought i sent an update but didnt send it). That was 100% on us and i would of done the same thing if i was in his situation."
