Rule #1: No Spam & Piracy
Do not post spam, porn, warez, torrents, or personal information of any kind. Violating this rule gets you instantly and permanently banned.
Rule #2: No referral links
Absolutely NO Amazon affiliate links or other any referral links as posts or in comments. They will be removed, and you will be BANNED. If you profit from a link, don't post it.
Rule #3: No URL shorteners or Mobile links
Please refrain from using Mobile links & URL shorteners. Any comments or posts submitted with link shortened URL's will end up in the spam filter, which is where they will stay, forever.
Rule #4: No memes, All image posts must be in a self/text post with proper context, if it's pictures of your gaming rigs or parts those go in our megathread only.
all direct image links will be removed. Pictures of gaming rigs, and parts go in our PC Gaming Rig Picture Monthly Megathread.
Rule #5: No tech support questions and/or "Will my computer run this game?" questions
Those go in /r/pcgamingtechsupport or /r/techsupport depending on how gaming specific the question is.
Rule #6: No questions about buying or building computers and/or buying parts, peripherals, chairs, and tables
Those go in /r/buildapc (you can ask about chairs and tables there too) , /r/buildapcforme or /r/SuggestALaptop
Rule #7: No game suggestion questions and No friend request threads
Those go in our official weekly and bi-weekly threads respectively. or try /r/Playdate, /r/gamingsuggestions and /r/shouldibuythisgame
Other
The mods reserve the right to remove any and all posts and comments at their discretion.
These may include, but are not limited to, posts and comments that are racist, sexist, homophobic, not directly related to PC Gaming, or are overtly troll-ish in nature, especially any "PC Master Race" circle-jerking.
