Gang of pan-handlers on Potranco/1604 (self.sanantonio)

I pass by everyday and it seems they take shifts pan handling on that intersection. I'm certain they're drug addicts based on observation. Just want to warn people not to fall prey to these people.

You're certain, based on observation...

They may have a group and using panhandling as a business model, but you're saying they're using it for drugs which is a very big statement.

Hate to agree with op but some of the panhandlers you can tell have addictions. It's not hard to tell when someone's been hitting the drugs hard on the streets.
