Good day ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the first day of Phase II: highlighted by The Draft. By now I’m sure you read the thread posted by yours truly a few days ago about the idea and concept, and /u/PraeterNational had some great comments in there that will help guide us through the day in as organized as possible, and I think what I have in mind will be the easiest to do.

The Rules (refined):

Each mod will reply to the FIRST PICK comment that I have posted below, at 12:00 noon EST with their FIRST ROUND pick. Mods, please format your pick as follows:

With my first, pick, I choose /u/(username), to be on my team.

If this user accepts, I want this user to reply to THAT COMMENT with:

/u/JamesColesPardon, I accept the position on [mod who drafted you]’s Team.

/u/JamesColesPardon, I decline this position and forfeit my eligibility for the remainder of the draft.

Every hour we will hold another round of picks, with the draft finishing when all 4 draft picks have been accepted (so we need you all to check in whenever you can, preferably every hour if possible.

After a round is completed, the mods will announce their second round pick, replying to my SECOND PICK comment below, and will be in reverse order of Round 1.

Again, the order is as follows: 1. /u/Ambiguoously_Ironic 2. /u/RMFN 3. /u/strokethekitty 4. /u/JamesColesPardon

The order will then reverse itself in round two, and snake draft until we all have 5 team members that have accepted.

Edit: You all can make your pick as soon as the mod above you makes their pick. If a pick doesnt accept, too bad so sad that's on you.
