The room is clean , nice and very comfort. I highly recommended to stay and enjoy your holiday with Kouei's place. I will stay here again if I visit Tokyo again next trip.

good place, good host, definitely will recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kouei's place, it is very close to both Asakusa station and the temples. The apartment is very clean, modern, pretty spacious, and with all the little comforts you may need for a short stay in Tokyo. Kouei has been very quick in replying to all of our questions by email and all his directions to access the place were very easy to follow. We definitely recommend his place, and will not hesitate to come back next time we are in Asakusa!

Great location right near asakusa shrine and Senso-ji temple. Apartment was clean and comfortable beds, about 10 min walk to subway station. Kouei was very gracious host, easy instruction to find apartment and no problems. Would definitely stay there again when in Tokyo!!

This place is spotless and the host was so sweet to leave us some essential supplies..seem like new of everything. It did take us some work to find the place mainly bc street is all written in japanese. Took 3 policeman, a few local neighbors, and a Canadian study abroad student living nearby for us to find the place. But we finally found it. It wasn't hidden at all..but my Google kept on showing me to the front of the house and it was in the back. I forgot to look at the direction he sent ...maybe that would help me. My stay was decent...safe area. Most of Tokyo felt pretty safe. It's a more quiet side of town for sure. Not many restaurants but there will be enough for you. We had a really early flight out and our host was nice enough to arrange our taxi to come get us. There was a really good looking bbq place that we really wanted to try but somehow kept on coming back too late and missed it. Maybe next time.

We were a few college students looking to stay in Tokyo without breaking the bank. In short: would recommend this place! While we never met Kouei in person, he was always available by text/email when we needed him. We were staying in Tokyo for a few days, and the location, near Asakusa Station, was quite convenient for reaching other parts of the city (make sure to get a Suica card!). The apartment itself appeared to be in impeccable condition, and the two beds were really comfortable, comfortably accommodating 2 people each. Didn't have problems with any amenities (there was a TV, Wi-Fi, shower with lots of shampoo and soap), and overall really enjoyed my stay for what it was - spending as little time as possible in the apartment and exploring the city as much as possible!
