                      The point is, Toby is a juror and everyone else believes the guy is guilty. Maybe Toby is the only one to believe his innocence because he knows better and perhaps goes to speak with him because he feels remorse.

                      The only member of the jury we ever see talk about it is Toby. What if he wasn't protesting the guy's innocence inside the jury room? And then he goes to visit him later, tells him what happened, and then the guy strangles him, so no-one will ever believe his innocence.

                                                        I recently re-watched the episode "Booze Cruise" and in the deleted scenes is this amazing scene where Creed takes over on electric guitar and just rocks out on it so hardcore. In an aside video Creed reveals that he was in the successful, although not well known, 60s rock band "the Grass Roots". This is all true; the actor who plays Creed Bratton is a caricature of the actor himself; a former 60s Rock star who played in the band "The Grass Roots". I have no idea why they cut this scene. It was a really awesome scene.

                                                                This is from The Office (US). It's a scene from a Halloween special, and creed (the older one) is a little bit of an odd ball, bringing random conversations usually about dangerous illegal activities he does. Randomly the camera crew will "take an interview"of a specific worker in the office, whenever it's fitting for the series. The whole show is built on the premise that this company is part of a documentary, and the production is "the office."It's kind of a 4th wall concept, and a good show overall. In this scene, creed happened to show up to work, covered in blood, but he was unaware it was halloween, he just happened to actually be covered in blood for some reason or another

                                                                I feel like Creed was the "Itchy & Scratchy cartoon" of The Office. Funny when they pop up now and again, awesome as throwaway gags, but an entire show of I&S cartoons or Creed would lose its appeal after a short while. Best in small doses.
