No it's not. People have been seriously suggesting that the subreddit would be better without moderation. And it was suggested and upvoted a lot.

Bullshit. Go to the meta thread -- every top comment is calling out this for the stunt it is and blatantly stating that this has nothing to do about wanting "no moderation." This is about being critical of the current setup.

Also users that want a mod reform (they're not the majority) don't want it for good reason. They just want their own shitpost to be allowed and magically expect the mods to create rules that allow their shitposting to stay up and everything else to get deleted as usual.

Oh I see. Totally okay to let the subreddit hit the ground with a spiteful tactic instead of own up to the criticism or ignore it.

The users there are right for once. Those mods need to find replacements if they're this fed up. There's even a top post on LoL from another forum moderator giving them tips!

They're considering doing it because they felt a good part of the community wanted it to be tested.
