I'm supremely confused. IIRC /u/reese_ridley used to mod at /r/srssucks, is/was a stalwart anti-SJW and generally hilarious dude taboot. I'm also aware that /r/blackpeopletwitter is generally despised by the SJW community here. So, methinks something else is going on with this ban.

I suspect this isn't your first interaction with him, and he probably is aware that you are an insane person, and that's why he's having fun with you. He does not literally support white genocide.
