She almost got Million Dollar Baby-ed.

Pretty much. That is exactly the kind of thing that could have killed her and ruined the rest of his life.

Yeah, she really should have thought about that before dancing on a desk.

Well she had a future of dancing on tables for a living. Everyone has to start out small until they move onto bigger and better things

Bigger and better tables, I tell you hwut

I want to start a strip club where all the girls are disabled. I'll call it "Cripple Coochies".

Occupational hazard, it seems.

That's a totally fair and reasonable response

Step on my paper? That's a paralyzing.

She could have easily fallen herself and done more damage.

That's why I usually don't recommend that people dance on small, unstable desks and then step over to and start dancing on another small, unstable desk that's being used by someone else.

Usually.

Well obviously she wasn't being super smart but I would put her falling more at the fault of the guy who grabbed her legs, yea?

You genuinely think the action would have been justified even if she died?

I'll go ahead and say that characters like the girl on table concern scare me... but your worldview concerns scares me just as much.

The fact that she was being a fucking idiot does not negate the fact that the kid who pushed her probably didn't measure the consequences of doing so(very much like her stepping on his arm/table) and that it was a very dangerous situation for her.

I don't think that the kid would have lived easy knowing he/she broke a girl's spine and ruined her life.

I know she's being an assholes, but it's way out of proportion. Again, I don't think the kid thought of the consequences of his/her actions.

I'd be pissed too if some loud ass hooligan stepped on my arm while I was doing work.

Exactly! Dude just wants an education. I can't imagine a scenario in which dancing on desks and shouting is acceptable behavior in classroom.

You're not from around a city are you? They love to do loud obnoxious annoying things.

    A hooligan? Really?

    Yes, really.

Speaking personally I've done my share of goofing around in school before,as have most teenagers. I also think you'd be stretching the definition a bit to say that dancing, in any setting, constitutes hooliganism.

So you and a bunch of your friends decided to dance to some music that made one of your classmates uncomfortable because they're clearly from a different sect and, noticing their annoyance at your particular taste in debochery decided to antagonize them further by shoving your ass in their face and stand on their desk? That makes you an asshat.

"Hooliganism is disruptive or unlawful behavior such as rioting, bullying, and vandalism." -wiki

    Yeah a hooligan.

I completely agree with you. This guy obviously wanted NOTHING to do with whatever was going on. She had no need to step on his desk. I would not want some chicks ass in my face if I were in that situation. If she really needed more room, she could have moved to the desk behind her.

Compared to the rest of the group that poor kids looks hungover af. I would probably respond the same way.

      "Chimping"

      Is that racist?

Yes, it is. Check his post history.

Oh man.. I checked the comments and I would say he's not outright racist, but one of those closet racists that makes fucked up remarks all the time. Poor guy, maybe he doesn't know. Should we tell him?

I would say he's not outright racist

what the fuck qualifies for "outright racist", if not posting in /r/coontown and referring to black people as "apes"? Would he have to have a signed affidavit and framed picture of himself in klan robes?

And now he made a post complaining about not getting up votes with the use of "chimping" and refers to the people as apes...

I can't believe he doesn't see how racist he is acting. I'm on mobile or I'd link it. Here is a screen shot if he deletes it.

He posts in /r/CoonTown. He definitely picked that word on purpose from other possible ones.

      Yikes. That's a ugly sub

Whats wrong with a town for cute lil' racoons?

THEY HAVE ADORABLE BANDIT MASKS BUILT IN!

      Yea, racist against chimps.

Thanks, Reddit. I learnt a new racial slur today..

You weren't aware that comparing blacks to chimps has a long history behind it? It's been a racial slur for a long time.

"Chimping out"? Are you kidding me?

      Holy shit dude.

Please don't tell me you're sticking up for that girl.

Not a chance, she deserved it. It was the "chimping out". I couldn't help but notice she was black...

You seem terrible. The fact that shit like this gets upvotes is so demoralizing.

The kid definitely had a right to be pissed off, but risking to ruin someone's life over such a stupid thing is way too much. That was a dangerous fall.

Lol, chimping out is the black version of horsing around.

Getting killed sure can ruin the rest of your life.

She shouldn't have put herself in that situation.

Maybe don't dance on tables in a fucking school and step on people's hands. If she keeps doing that she won't get very far anyway.

He could have just gotten up from the desk but do you remember how those things are balanced? The weight of books on the desk with no ass in the seat will tip them over.

Or she could've not stood on his desk

because you know...it's a desk. Not a stage.

There are multiple girls in the gif dancing on unoccupied desks and not tipping over.

As a mom with a kiddo on the spectrum I can assure you mine wouldn't have gotten up. He would have done the "hiding in the hoodie" thing and whatnot.. but thinking through actions that far isn't his forte. He has no filter and would just see that SOMEONE was on his desk and he didn't want her in his space.

Whaaa. Dancing on desks is dangerous, she Knew the risks.

Doubt it. She put herself in that situation and she stepped on him.

She steps on his hand. I can see this being as much self defense as it is him being fed up. When you get hurt the first instinct is to remove yourself from danger.

Or... it could cripple her, ruining her prospects at being in the background of a music video / being a stripper and forcing her to buckle down on her studies. Thus saving her life.
