    The socio-economic class of individuals/groups is much more telling of a person's behavior in a working environment.

    Typically what you'd be thinking of is poor and uneducated people doing this. This is just often black people because in the late 1800s (when we freed slaves) we never educated the black population fairly and instead relegated them to staying within their own community to further separate them from the majority of society.
