Went and got a tube of tamiya polishing compound (finish) and polished some spoons.Test spoon, not a very good finish but the compound does make it more reflective.

The only 2 ways I found to seal this stuff is either Alclad gloss clear lacquer (NOT the aqua clear) or thinning clear enamel with lighter fluid (it has to be a lighter fluid with naptha base, zippo have changed their formula & whatever theyre using now makes enamel separate & is useless for this)Wave Kosutte Ginsan is by far the most resiliant powder & will handle any enamel or lacquer clear cote no problem. I did a test piece & the same rule applies, acrylic kills it.
