But practice makes perfect. I find if I do it in the bathroom, facing the mirror, and lean against the wall with the side the pin is going into, that helps.

Have something about the size of your fist every three hours, and you should be good throughout the day, and just stop doing it when you hit three hours before you usually sleep so you're actually getting restful sleep. Also, stop eating shit food if that's also the problem. The sticky can help for starters concerning diet, but do more research, it's not too intimidating stuff.
