Matt looks so confused when Foggy calls him good looking, and in general I bet he just feels very unsure of what to do when other people are attracted to him

And yeah, Matt sleeps around a lot in college, but none of his relationships lasted more than a month or two. The sex was okay, it felt nice, but he thinks his partners could tell how distanced he felt from the act

Matt isn’t sure why he feels this way? Does he experience attraction differently because of his altered senses? Did he internalize Stick’s mantra of “no connections” more than he thought?

Matt finally learns the word demisexual because Foggy mentions it after going to a lgbtqia+ pride event (fuck yeah foggy went to goes to pride events). It takes him a long time (he has sex! how can he be ace?) to become comfortable with the label, but he gets there

tbqh, Matt just being too focused on law school and then vigilantism to even think about being attracted to people. He doesn’t want sex, he wants justice

Matt trusting Foggy – and later Claire – so much that he actually starts to be attracted to them, and he’s like ohhh, so THIS is what that feels like (but still, justice > sex)
