So here I go, I'm going to try to summarize the situation to the best of my knowledge. I probably will get banned/my comment will be deleted but I will post this in my comment history as a response to some old comment in another sub so that /u/Xerosus can't delete it.

From a while back this sub basically became a modless wasteland. Both PhoeniXaDc and Xerosus left and so did I. I assumed they were modding it but when I came back it was so shit, nothing was being controlled. So I set up shop and at the end of every week I would come into the sub and remove posts that were against the rules, add flairs to the posts, and sort out disputes among users.

I took a break two weeks ago and I came back hoping to get some more mods in here.

At first I tried to get ownership of the sub through /r/redditrequest.

However I didn't realize that mods didn't have to be active within all of reddit within 60 days, I just thought they didn't need to be active within the subreddit they moderated within 60 days. Obviously that was against the rules.

Around this time I decided to send a message to /u/Xerosus and /u/PhoeniXaDc to see if they would step down or would continue modding.

Here is a link of the convo I (mistakenly) sent to /u/Xerosus through mod mail, and where /u/PhoeniXaDc responded. We're planning how he'll step down and we'll get mod activity. Note /u/Xerosus absence.

I decided to let the sticky post with the strawpoll about allowing videos to stay there. I came back two days ago hoping to put the application call up but found that my moderating powers had been revoked, and so had /u/PhoeniXaDc. Strangely enough I was still allowed to use modmail...?

It seems that almost the day after I made the posts on /r/RedditRequest and sent him a PM Xerosus was back and up to something. I was naturally worried, expecially since I saw some messages saying the subreddit was private. So I sent /u/Xerosus this:

No reply even now. Then I come back today and find out that the CSS is all wonky and I decided that that was it. I had to get the word out somehow, so I started answering modmail with this message.

/u/Xerosus was alarmed that PhoeniXaDc and I were going to change the sub. I sent him a message personally asking him if he wanted to continue modding and his response was to cut down Phoenix and I's mod powers. Who knows what he's doing now but I sent another message through modmail asking why he's doing it and he didn't answer. Essentially he's taking over the sub in his own.

These were my suspicions and seemed to be reasonable but it seems that wasn't entirely true.

/u/Xerosus had been ignoring the messages until I decided to start answering them with the my suspcions and only then did he start answering.

I also want to bring to attention that /u/Xerosus wasn't active for a WHILE until he decided to come in and troll this sub with /r/ooer's CSS.

I would really like to keep modding this and helping out but I obviously can't when I have no mod powers and the owner is purposefully sabotaging the sub.

This was my attempt to give a coherent timeline of events, from beginning to last.
