HAPPENINGSKIA TF2 Server now Online (self.KotakuInAction)

We now have a TF2 server that you lot can play on! IP: 104.209.140.7:27015

We also have a Mumble server that you guys can join if you wish to scream at each outer.

Mumble address: kiam.cloudapp.net Default port (64738)

(Your IP will not be visible to the outer Mumble users!)

Edit: Seams like we have two TF2 Servers now. You can join the outer server at 104.238.147.154:27015

I only have control over the 104.209.140.7 TF2 server. The other one may have crits enabled.

You could swap every couple days or something. I just don't see the point in playing a game in a way it wasn't meant to be played... same with short or no respawn servers, they took all the fun out of the game because they made attacking so much harder in a lot of maps.

Crits are just fun all around. Damage spread is eh. I couldn't care less about that part. Nothing felt better than getting a couple lucky crits and taking down half the enemy team though. Sure it sucks to be on the receiving end, but the feeling it gives when it happens to you makes it worth it to me.

Doesn't matter though. These discussions have been going on since... hell I remember getting in arguments about it before the Pyro update.

I can sorta understand your position (if I ignore the existence of mods), the reason I went ahead and did it, is because that's how it's usually set up competitively. I figured that was what the community wanted. I can easily just run a fun and tryhard server, even though I believe we already have one with defaults going. I just don't run it, so don't know what the config is like.

They disabled crits and damage spread, so prepare to get destroyed and have zero fun if you are a newbie. I'm not sure why a friendly community server needs to have comp settings.

There are two servers online. Crits and spread should work on the second server.
