What's wrong with amiibospot.com? (self.amiibo)

I saw a lot of hate on it on a recent post that was just taken down. Why do people hate it? Is it a scam? Edit: I'm gonna get downvoted too hell for this, aren't I?

It's obviously a scam. Selling at 2x MSRP trying to sell:

a) Jigglypuff, who is retailer exclusive.

b) Bowser Jr., whom no actual retailer has put up for sale yet.

I could make a website that looks more legit than it in a couple hours. It's an obvious scam.

Likely not a scam but not an official amiibo retailer.

It's AUS/NZ stock since they have had Bowser Jr and the others for preorder since early April.

It just seems to much like a scam between the mark-up and how much of a "blog that'll take your credit card info" it looks like (to me, at least). Between that and the fact that it's charging around 3x MSRP before shipping for figures that most actual major retailers (EB Games, Target, etc.) aren't even selling yet... that's always a red flag.

They're just someone who decided to set up a "store" to make money off their pre-orders and they're just constantly spamming this subreddit which leads me to believe it's a scam.
