A guy sets up a hook-up date with an app, and when she gets to his place, she decides she'd rather not. That doesn't stop him, and he reminds her of her "promise." He says that she seems into it, though she was fiddling with her phone. Also, he was her ride. "Sex happens." When he goes to take a a shower, she flees, and then the cops come and find her bloody underwear.
He comes to legal advice asking "How do I not to go to jail forever because of some crazy sensitive person who read the situation wrong?"
People aren't having it and let him know it, and OP defends himself. He doesn't understand why her not saying no isn't enough. Is it true rape if she didn't fight back? A rape apologist freedome fighter comes to his rescue.
Also, a bonus argument starts over whether it's rude to tell women to smile.
