Like I said, watch the documentary and make your own conclusions. The fact that there has never been a steel and concrete high rise to collapse due to fire before or after 9/11 is reason enough to warrant a closer look at opposing theories. The buildings were designed to withstand the impact from planes, the fires never got hot enough to melt steel (confirmed by NIST), and yet there was molten steel observed immediately before and in the debris piles after the collapse.

You see, steel and concrete structures are designed to fail slowly. Some of the most conclusive evidence of this design technique comes from simulated office fires performed by academic research in the UK. As the fire weakens steel beams, they begin to slowly loose strength and sag. This causes differential loads on supporting columns causing themselves or their fasteners to fail asymmetrically. What we should have seen with the twin towers is a small, asymmetrical failure localized near the impact zone. But that's not what happened. What we saw was a full symmetrical collapse, almost as if explosives were used.

However NIST never tested for explosives. The rubble and debris was removed from the site as quickly as possible and a proper investigation was not allowed to be performed. Subsequent tests of dust at the site found evidence of thermite, a military grade cutting charge used to demolish steel beams.

• 9/11 Commissioner John Lehman said that “We purposely put together a staff that had - in a way - conflicts of interest“. Source

• The Senior Counsel to the 9/11 Commission (John Farmer) who led the 9/11 staff’s inquiry, said “I was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was described …. The tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to us and the public for two years…. This is not spin. This is not true.” Source
