They can, but repeat offenses shouldn't be tolerated. And remember it's a game if you are looking for good players you will lose. Period. Get used to it or you won't get better. Grow up and stop getting pissed about a video game. I mean I've had a japanese little mac hand me my ass 24 matches in a row, I cycled through my roster twice and yeah I was a little frustrated but I kept trying and kept losing. After two cycles through they left and the next two players I fought both used little mac... I think I two stocked both of them. Point is, don't let shit get to you or you will lose more, and you won't grow as a player.
