I got to the smart dust stuff and had to stop and post.
We as humans, in our current location in the universe, have reached a point that is truly astounding in technology. And those that control that tech are truly in charge of this planet in every way, make no bones about it.
They may hand out section 8 housing applications in Atlanta, and it almost looks like Uganda. Everyone freaks and thinksTPTB are losing control and this shit is coming to a town near you. And it might. All awhile, if they wanted to, they could drop a rod on your head from one of the multitude of space platforms they control.
You see this IS the new money. Everyone imagines the super wealthy gathering up piles of money. They don't want to touch your stinking fucking money. The masses keep thinking a new money is coming. Stop it. it's not coming. The new money is here. It's the high technology and the control of it. They don't want to touch your stinking money. And at the same time, they dont want your greassy hands touching theirs.
They needed humanity to get to the point that we are at, but somthing astounding is happenning at the same time. As technology increases, the need for that humanity to get them to the next level, decreases. Who will have to go and who gets to stay. While it's funny to watch videos of 100 reasons why we Nuckkin Futts. they can come up with six Billion reasons why we should go.
While Jim Rodgers claims the new wealthy will be the farmers and that may be true, but they will only be Lord of the Flies. Rodgers fails completly to even mention the tech explosion, and who will control it. And why are they flashing the wealth like a pimp on Central? Cause it's the Audacity Factor. In your face just as they have always done.
A good example is the Jarvic Heart. In the 70's and early 80's that shit was on the news everyday. But today the News fails to report on much when it comes to any of this new tech, cause it's the new money and you and I wont get it.
This is it. This is global and it's theirs. High technology knows no country boundries and why should it.

Think about it. In the march to kill 6 billion people, they would get to about 50 million people before the other 5 Billion plus would figure it out. And that wont work. So, it would have to be done in a way as to leave no blood on anyones hands. Like a virus the doesen't drive down your street and kick your door open. I think control the food is prolly their best method. Hard to blame any one group for starvation.

The person that put these briefing slides together is delusional; although, some of the things in the briefing are possible.

chow chow is the scariest thing in there.

I'm surprised anyone on here still uses Google, knowing that they archive and store everything you send through them on their servers for a hell of a lot longer than most of the other search engines do. Not only is it an issue of privacy, but it makes it easier for someone with the know how to go through Google and find out everything you've been searching/typing. If you use/have their products on your cell phone, it's even worse.

NASA and Israel Space Agency Sign Statement of Intent for Future Cooperation

During a meeting Tuesday at NASA Headquarters in Washington, NASA Administrator Charles Bolden and Israel Space Agency Director General Zvi Kaplan signed a joint statement of intent to expand the agencies' cooperation in civil space activities.

The signing followed a meeting between Bolden, Kaplan and Professor Daniel Hershkowitz, Israel's minister of Science and Technology. It advanced discussions that began when Bolden visited Israel in January.

The agencies agreed to identify new joint activities related to Earth and space science, life sciences, space exploration and other areas of mutual interest. The goal is to expand scientific exchanges and inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers.
