The subjection of truly proletarian structures of labor to the politico-ideological managers of the state took hold, really, when Trotsky ran down the Kronstadt rebels. As much as I am a "Party Communist," I do not think that the people should be subjected to its rule; in fact, it must be the opposite.

(Anarchists have been the more consistent socialists, as I see it. This is why I keep my labels vague, as I, like all others, should look toward socialist truths that will result in a socialism that is free, not oppressive. We can learn many lessons from both Leninist theory and praxis in that I believe it was disastrous and authoritarian, and sabotaged other attempts at actual socialism, as with Spain, but nonetheless was the first "successful attempt.")

Never mind that Kronstadt was supported By the West and the Whites. Never mind that several leaders of the rebellion took refuge in White Finland.

What was Trotsky supposed to do? Just allow a key port to be taken by the Whites?

Mutinies can't be allowed during a war. They need to be shut down before they can be exploited by the enemy. The fact of the matter is that Kronstadt was not a targeted attack on anarchists, it was putting down a rebellion in the midst of a civil war that had already killed millions of people and tens of thousand in the Communist Party. The only thing that could have been done was crushing the mutiny.

You can always count on MLs in their willingness to sacrifice anything for revolution, even revolution itself.

Well if those excuses help ease that cognitive dissonance they are doing their job.

Lol I'm not even an ML. Not to mention that Kronstadt wasn't a fucking revolution, and nearly all the demands of the mutinees were met shortly after. Anarchists once again show their inability to actually look at the material conditions when they analyze anything.

Got a war going on and a port open for taking by the enemy. It's fine, give it up, otherwise the anarchists will call you authoritarians.
