Hey guess what, even a "spayed" cat can get pregnant. We had a kitty we rescued and took to the vet to be spayed, vet checked her out, found a surgical scar where they get spayed, even did a scan, and told us she was in the clear. Well they didn't completely remove it, or the vital parts, because she still got pregnant somehow. Not just that, but strays that are pregnant or have kittens also wander the streets. I'm not happy kittens get put down every year but its better than them being slowly starved, abused, scared, and possibly die of infection. Or worse yet, have momma die and they get picked off or played with by predators like hawks or dogs. You want to make a fucking difference? Volunteer at a vet clinic, help sick or injured animals instead of lecturing people who are providing a safe and loving environment for them.
