At the pressor on Sunday, he responded to a question about her announcement. I couldn't hear the question, but his response was "hillary will make an excellent president".

If your holding back on endorsing, you might say you wish her luck, etc.

All jokes aside, I really do think Biden was just a life insurance policy.

Honestly, I would be surprised if he did endorse her or anyone at this point. It would be foolish for anyone with any political capital on either side to publicly endorse any candidate a year and a half out out from the general election.
