Varies from week to week. I don't have a health background so I stick to pre-made programs I find online, mainly Kris Gethin ones cause he's awesome. Current one sample arm day. The only thing that really stays the same would be seated dumbbell curls so I don't cheat.

What are your lifts? And how big are your arms? I'm 6'3 almost 6'4 and weigh 174 on a bulk, just curious how we compete with size near eachothers weight.

yeah im 6'2 170 and look a bit bigger than his first picture but if afters are wayyyyy larger

Oh, tough to say. I really haven't done anything heavy for about 8ish weeks just because of the program/injury. Arms are about 16 1/2"ish cold.

If I went with past lifts about 3ish months ago:

Bench - 195x1 (chest is my weakest)

Squat - 300x2

Deadlift - Haven't done in over a year due to a car accident fucking with my back and being too scared to start again. Stick with barbell or 1 arm dumbell rows, lat pulls etc.

Favourite would be a warm up for 12, then 3x10 where 10's getting real close to failure. And thanks bud!
