Heh, well that's not an easy question. Breakfast is not something I regularly would eat, not until my latest bulk which started in October - I'm eating 750g of greek yogurt after lifting. Lunchs are fast food more often than not - McD, Arby's, Subway, etc. On this bulk I've eaten far too much of it to be honest (Don't know how many Quarter Pounders meals with lage fries and two McDoubles I've had ugh). Lately I've been making chilis for lunch (lots of beans, beef or chicken, chopped carrots, celery, tomato). Dinners though are usually home cooked. A meat, veggie, and rice or noodle. I snack a fair bit, sometimes chips but also nuts or fruit bars.

I did in the beginning for almost 6 months. It gave me a great understanding of food and macros. Nowadays I just estimate calories. I'm never too worried about protein, I used to average at least 120g so I know I get enough with regular food intake.

Used to be about 150 lbs, so really skinny. At around 24 I started gaining weight without any exercise (pretty much sedentary from 18-27). Started lifting for the first time in my life, 185 lbs.

First year I sort of bulked and cut for a few months at a time, so maybe 3 cycles of each in the first year, finishing at ~203-205. I think I may have kept bulking a little, then started a cut in August, and then from mid October I've bulked from ~195 to 210 currently. [weight change since Aug] [end of cut in Oct]

Current lifts:

Squat I hit 315x3 in Dec. Currently working on form and started a bit low so haven't gone above 300 since.

Bench: Hit 255x1 for fun a couple weeks ago, and today did 240x5.

DL: Hit 405x1 on three occasions now, currently did 375x5 last week.

OHP: Hit 145x4 today.

Been strength training this whole time. Started on Stronglifts for the first ~5 months. Then did Madcow for a long time, about 9-10 months. Tried two cycles of SS Advanced (4 months) and as of this January I'm now doing a 4 day Texas Method routine that I really like. I have my first PL meet at the end of March.

    That's pretty good. Make sure you're eating and gaining weight, that'll let you run it out as long as possible. If you want to switch, go for it. Even if progress is then slower, you'll be able to run the program longer.
