  2. appeal to a governing body for defense / protection.

Next, you're making the false claim that states grant property rights. This is DEMONSTRABLY false.

Next, you seem to be claiming your a libertarian. This seems false based on your assumption that property rights are granted by the state. Thus, your claim to be libertarian is likely false as well.
