Wow, those look significantly different. Jessica Drew looks much more like she's ready for some kind of flying penetration on the edge of that roof. If Parker was going to be penetrated on that web ball, he would end up in a pose closer to hers. If anything the comparison highlights how sexual the female character is posed next the male.

I'm sorry (and all alusions to "penetration" aside), but what apart from the fact that Spider-Woman has larger hips (you know, anatomy), what is the substantive difference between these two covers? I mean other than your consistent fantasy of inserting things into imaginary characters' asses.

Frankly I don't care at all about either cover but the substantive difference between the two covers to me is that the Spider-Man cover actually looks like a pose that a human can hold. The Spider-Woman cover in contrast is a complete physical impossibility. I don't have a problem with her being sexualized, I have a problem with the fact that her body had to be contorted in order to get her into that position. It's just a shitty cover.
