Our Client, who has branches Nationwide and is very well known in their industry needs a superstar Admin Assistant.
Based in their Head Office, Mt Wellington, the role will involve a lot of data entry, some banking, answering phone calls, and general office administration duties. The ideal person for this role will have a sunny disposition, plenty of common sense and exceptional attention to detail.
They will also need;
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English
Intermediate all round office Experience
To be a fast learner
Problem Solving Skills
Super fast data entry skills with matching attention to detail
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (intermediate level preferred)
Previous experience with SAP would be an advantage
