Not most, at best a large minority. Those of us that DO respect other people's property and livelihood DON'T get arrested and plastered all over the news, because MOST of us, you know, are law abiding citizens. You won't see my circle of friends on YT doing dumb shit and looting, rioting, etc.

I think most of what you're seeing here is just teenage stupidity. That said, I do think there's something about being forced into an economic system that relentlessly excludes you from every advantage (slight exaggeration, but as long as we're all making wild generalizations...) that might cause people to feel a bit hostile toward that economic system and its obvious symbols. When the order of society does its best to oppress you, disorder can seem pretty appealing. Not sure how you feel about Palestine, but Palestinian kids throwing rocks are not that different.

It's a universal feature of poverty. Perhaps you are only exposed to black poverty? I grew up around areas that might be called "white trash" and I assure you this behavior is tame compared to what I frequently observed and embarrassingly engaged in myself.
