I'm not sure. I was foolish I will admit that. I think those users are the same person because DrGunnery would have had no knowledge of my interactions with CaptainSyphilis because it was all through PM. How or why would he then tell me that he's the same person if he had no knowledge of my prior PM interactions. I posted a picture with our PM conversation.
