LONG DISTANCE TRAINING THROUGH SKYPE/iCHAT

I have recently started traveling to clients around the US and Canada to design 6-8 week workout programs for them to complete on their own with weekly check-ins over Skype or iChat. These have hugely successful for guys who already know a lot about working out and have the drive to go to the gym but need a program designed specifically based on their body's needs, goals, and weaknesses. SAN FRANCISCO FITNESS VACATIONS

A couple of RJ members from outside of SF have traveled to SF for a fitness vacation week of training with me. The week includes a full assessment, program design, nutritional advice, and a week of sweaty daily workouts. If you are interested ask me for details.

My husband Mike (DIAKADI_SF on RealJock) and I have been together for 14+ years. I am very lucky to have found a husband, best friend and business partner in one SEXY Italian man. We were married on the beach in Cancun in April 2011!

It has been a GREAT few years for us. I was selected by Men's Journal Magazine as 1 of the Top 100 Trainers in the US and by the SF Chronicle as One of the TOP 10 Trainers in the SF Bay Area.

In 2012, 2013, and again in 2014, DIAKADI was named:
