Initial IP ban

Here, a user I suppose was using my internet spammed the chat. My Ip was banned. I was in the IRC under my usual Reddit /u/. xJusteezy.

"this is not #kiddiechat" A mod shouldn't be treating users like this. I have been on the sub for a while and this shouldn't even be said. This is also significantly after the initial IP ban
