(Part 1)

I have been playing Aigis a week after it came out, but just know I feel like my advice would be useful enough for lost hobbits.

Let's get down to business... instead of telling ye how to play the game, ima gonna tell ye what ye may need, in other words what I needed to do the parts where ye probably will be stopped really hard.

Parts where ye will probably be stopped really hard:
Story Mission, The Royal Road or Tomb of Sorrow.
Challenge Quest, Mens Battle and Womens Battle.

Level 32, Desperate Preparation:
1)Thief Cypria Rogue 30% lvl 24
This unit evades and is able to one hit kill with her ability, she's really good.
2)Tactics Instructor Katie 32% lvl 25
Her ability is really good, but ye need to notice she has it first, it gives ye 10 unit points.
3)White Witch Cloris 25% lvl 23
This unit is well rounded and will help ye kill those pesky flying demons, it slows units too.
4)Lancer Kerry Valkyrie 25% lvl 25
Ye don't see the potential of this unit at first, but basically it supports yer tank and gives ye unit points.
5)Woman of Steel Leeanne 25% lvl 29
This unit will tank the monsters for ye, it will also tank the stronger ones for yer mages to fire at.
6)Royal Heavy Infantry Russell lvl 24
Ye will need this unit for Mens Battle, it will also stop ye from looking at double Leeannes.
7)Greenhorn Soldier Phyllis 26% lvl 19
This unit is useful when ye quickly need a unit to tank the hordes of purple goblins, and her ability gives ye 5 unit points.
8)Mercenary Crave Soldier lvl 20
Same as 7, but his ability raises his attack.

9)Royal Soldier Hector lvl 19
Same as 8 but does not have an ability, it will help ye with Mens Battle though.
10)Archer Soma 32% lvl 25
This unit will support yer other units and fire at the gobloblins, it will also stop some flying demons.
11)Archer Daniela 25% lvl 23
Same as 10, she also has a different ability than Soma and instead of range she gains damage.
12)Healer Alissa 50% lvl 24
Healers are obviously really important as they will heal units.
13)Healer Dorca 50% lvl 24
Same as 12, she has slightly different stats than Alissa, two different units, two different hentai scenes.
14)Mage Valerie lvl 25
Mages are the ones doing the damage to the stronger monsters while yer tanks holds them off. But don't forget about Cypria's one hit kill, it's gonna help ye a lot if ye use it well.
15)Mage Valerie lvl 25
Ye can't help but have two of these, Royal Wizard Roy has less stats and therefore is not as good.

Grinding:
Regarding charisma maps, the further ye go the better the exp and gold is.
Regarding stamina maps, grind Low Cost Battle for bouquets and silver spirits if ye want, but it will tax yer mind like it did mine. Once ye get to Low Cost Battle 2 though, things change and ye'll enjoy getting those pretty rubies.

I was thinking of telling ye how to do the missions but that would take away some of the magic after giving ye the most important info, so good luck my friend.

Ye may be wondering why I haven't mentioned the people that spent their whole wallet in this game and flaunts their hard earned units (hahaha), the thing is thanks to guys like this my need for it is lessened:

In JP there's events and reprint events constantly. As well as updates, maintenance, bugs with updates, they generally hand out crystals for all of these.

Archers early for the goblins and stuff, princess on the right, then I put my prince on the left corner, then healer on the right, healer on the left, witch on the left, then some other melee on the right since a gold armor would get past my princess at the end, then replace my archers or unused units with a mage at the left, that's how I do it. Two goblins get past the princess in the first wave but they head left, so I deal with them there. There's probably a better strat for what units you have at whatever levels they are, but yeah, don't try to tank multiple armors with no healers.

This is the team I've been doing it with. The dragon can tank without a healer for quite a while due to her 51% healing skill. That's how I've been doing it as Dina can't survive alone.

The dragon doesn't have the attack or block number to do much though.

I'll try the archer thing, that might be what I'm missing. I've been focusing on witches and mages instead.

CC Katie at far left, CC Cloris at far right. Bronze mage, CC Valerie at left. Cycle Katie for Lv80+ prince as soon as she calls reinforcements. CC healer at left. Left side is now stable, just concentrate on right.

Extra witch and healer at right. Phyllis to 5 second block the last 2 goblins on right. Eunice then Kerry to tank the plat armour for witches. If it gets past, the mages will finish it.

What I do for 3* is, Katie on the right crossroads, Prince to her right, then a Witch next to them for starting deployment. Then I place a Healer next to them, and then summon a Heavy Armor on the left side. Right side is fine now, so I just rush to get a Healer on left then a Mage. You have one spot left and can do whatever you want with it (probably second healer on right).

In general the way I do it is put your strongest armor at D, Katie at F, Phyllis at I, healer at R. From there you can either put an archer at N or S depending on how well your armor and Katie are holding everything, then a mage at Q.

Once you get to the final wave, you'll know since it's the last 10 or so and a pause, retreat your armor, Katie, and if you put an archer up there, him/her as well. Then throw another armor at H and J. From there use any other points you have to vomit ranged all along the bottom.

I've been wondering who I should level from here, and I can't make up my mind.

I'm torn between Soma, Aria, the silver witch and the gold mage. My CC'd units are strong enough, plat healer CC requirements are nuts and I don't need her better yet, gold armor I rarely use, and my pirate princess is mostly there to drop next to Soma on harder maps to make up the vast difference between her and my other archer.

The icons you don't recognize are the war cleric and the pirate.

I dunno what they are actually called but I call 'em war clerics because they are soldiers that have a ranged heal. Can block two, heal others and themselves, and aren't that much weaker than normal healers. But they have shit range and can't heal while they are being attacked.

Pirates are massive damage massive range classes. They are basically if a mage was a single target unit. Slow attack, no specialization, but usually have godlike skills. As an example, that level 20 pirate rivals my level 41 cc'd archer. But the archer attacks like three times in the time the pirate attacks once.

Very useful when paired with a weaker unit to finish off enemies after the pirate shot them.

The gun is a pirate (ranged unit), and the shield with a heart in it is a Priest Warrior. Basically a fusion between a Soldier, a Heavy Armor, and a Healer; at the deployment cost of a Soldier.

Question anons. I'm a relatively new guy to Aigis (started 2/27) and just got a fairy of rainbow. Is there a reason why you can't fuse it with others when combining units. Is it because of its skill boosting effect?

I have rolled Two Soma's, two Phyllis', a Valerie, and two Fedora's.

You're seriously making it hard to even give english a shot, game. I stuck with this one after getting a Sherry and Fedora with my first two rolls, but it's been garbage since.

Compared to my jp where my first few rolls were a gold armor, a gold archer, the black armor Dina, two gold mages, and then a platinum healer.

I am really struggling to even want to spend my stamina in english. Not only did I get really good units in jp, but I was further ahead in that before english was released as well. I am also struggling to post this in the right thread.

Unless the couple new story missions have screwed up the percentages, you can clear like 99% of the game using only Silvers + Katie. Units aren't an issue as long as you can clear around mid-way into events.

And Nutaku is using the exact same drop rates by rarity as JP. Face it, you got extremely lucky with those rolls on JP. Just not getting any Silvers at all in that batch is already less than a 3% chance. Getting lucky enough to get a Black as well would make it more like .003%. That's not the type of rolls you should be expecting, even in JP. You should roll EXPECTING to get Silvers til your asshole is overflowing. Want rolls like that again? Go re-roll a few thousand accounts.

I have 3 star cleared up to tower overwatch and gigantic enemy with the team of duplicate silvers that start at level 20, a gold healer, and the platinum princess, and my prince is only level 20. Very minimal grinding. But I don't do this to just clear story missions, I do it to get crystals to throw 5 more into the gacha and hope I get an interesting unit.

Hell, the unit could be weaker than a silver but if it's interesting enough I'll throw it in my team make it work. I don't care about making things easier.

As for getting lucky, yeah. Never said I didn't. But my luck streak in jp is making it incredibly hard to accept less. I was satisfied enough getting Sherry and Fedora, two units I don't have in jp and liked the look of. I could've gotten all silvers from there and still be content--as long as they weren't duplicates.

But I've gotten nothing but duplicates since.

I had Dina and Berenice, I did use a bronze armor as well in the final wave to make sure I caught everything up where my three mages were though. Dina was about 34 and Berenice was 30, bronze was 16.

Mages were a level 20 iron mage, level 27 Valerie, and a level 35 gold mage. But Valerie and two bronzes should work no problem.

Physical Damage: Attack - Defense = Damage
If Damage here would be less than 10% of Attack then it changes into "Scratch Damage" which defaults to 10% of attack. If a ranged damage does "Scratch Damage" it has a chance of being deflected and doing zero damage. The lower the first damage is compared to 10% of attack, the more likely the deflect.

Magic Damage: Attack * (1 - Magic Resistance) = Damage

Archers have naturally low attack as it is, so they need every little bit they can. Just a tiny different in attack vs defence can already screw them over. For example, the reason people avoid 30CCing units. A level 30CC50 Archer would have around 200 attack, a level 50cc50 would have 250. What if the enemy has 200 defense? The 30CC50 Archer is screwed, even if you're lucky and only get "Scratch Damage" 100% of the time, that's still only 25 damage per hit. The 50cc50 Archer would be doing 50 damage per hit.

There's only a 50 attack damage difference, but the 50cc50 would do double the DPS at least, but more likely closer to 2.5/3 times the DPS due to deflects.

On the other point, I have no problem with grinding. And CC'ing a level 50 will always give a better result. Depends on the class. Units like Valkyries and Bandits are barely ever used as CC materials, so you really only need like 2-3 at most. Other units like Soldiers get used by almost every class and so you want as many as possible. Especially since you'll probably want some min-cost Soldiers against rushes on top of as CC materials.

As for two copies of min-cost, again depends on class. For units like Soldiers definitely unless you want to wait for the new Silver Soldiers like Assal / Rosalie so you have something cuter to look at. Units like Mages aren't as necessary since mincost has less of an effect on their usage.

By the way, Video Anon here. I haven't really been posting videos because any videos past this point either need higher level silvers or min-cost + high level bronzes. (And most people will wait to level up Bronzes since they want to level their waifu + gacha units first). I'll be posting event videos probably, but I doubt I'll try for full silver + free gold runs since the maps are limited time and cost stamina. It's another matter entirely if Nutaku/other people were funneling crystals for re-tries til I perfect easy runs, but otherwise too much risk to my stamina. However, I'll be writing short guides along with the videos that explain why I placed certain units where, and a rough estimate of the minimum stats / units needed to replicate my strategy.

It's a mission type that isn't yet on nutaku.
Basically, you get a map which drops between 100 and 500 mobs on you, depending on difficulty. For every 100 or later on 200 mobs killed you get a little goodie and a bigger goodie for every 1000. The number is cumulative over a week period, you can kill up to 10000 mobs.

Yes and no. If it's someone you want to use in battle, absolutely CC at max level in almost all cases. However, there are many things you may, later in the game, want to CC to use as fodder, and that's where being able to CC at 30 comes in handy.

I just tried it on N, and my armor was getting wrecked. Took 2 healers to keep him alive. Other than that, it wasn't so bad and I got 8 crystals out of it. They drop in pairs.

She does several things.
First off, take note that she has a Deployment Cost of 2.
Secondly, just by being in the group (without needing to be deployed), she passively gives the Prince a buff depending on his Title.
-Damage Title = Changes his damage to magic. With this + her skill, he can become approximately as strong as a 50CC80AW99 Black Priness Sybilla for half her cost (until Anna's skill runs out).
-HP Title = He can block two units instead of one now.
-Stat Buff Title = He gains +10% magic resistance.
Finally, if you actually do deploy her, as long as the Prince is inside her range, he passively gains +10% of her stats. If you activate her skill, her attack goes up, and she gives the Prince +100% of her stats. (Her stats doesn't go down when she gives the Prince extra stats).

Gonna put my short guides here so I don't forget them before I upload the videos later today.

The Witch Resurrected
Need: 1x Phyllis (lvl 10 was enough to tank everything, could probably even get away with lvl 1) + 1x Healer (probably lvl 15-20) Or you could just use two of them instead, + 1x Archer (lvl 1 is fine).
All of the enemies come from the cave, so just place Phyllis outside and GG.

The Witch's Night
Need: 2x Soldier + 2x Healer + 1x Archer + 1x Witch
The initial rush isn't as scary as it looks, the black heavy armor has lower stats than normal and hits actually pretty softly. Place One Soldier on each path (somewhere it'd be easy for a Healer to reach). Then place Archer + Witch center, notice that Gargoyles take a curved route which gives you more time to DPS.

The Witch Strikes Back 2
Difficulty ramps up here.
Need: Katie + Phyllis + Valkyrie + 2 Archers + Healer (lvl 20-30) + 2 Witches + 2 Heavy Armors.
Alternately same thing but 2 Healers and only 1 Witch instead.
Katie on North Road, Phyllis on South. Place a healer behind them as soon as you can, then make sure to use their Reinforcement Skills and use that to place two Archers behind the Healer to kill the Gargoyle rush and a Prince for buff. Then, once the mage spawns on the south road, retreat Phyllis and ambush the mage with your Valkyrie and place a Heavy Armor behind for when the goat fucker comes. Then you'll probably want to retreat Katie as well and replace her with the second Heavy Armor. Then replace your Archers with either 2x Witches or 1x Healer + 1x Witch.
